Wood Clamps and a Flat Bench Surface

Hey guys,

I was talking to some people about a wood craft project that if there's interest may get turned into a class, but without spoiling the surprise, is there a flat surface in the shop that we could clamp something to for 24-48 hours that's at least a meter long by 22 centimeters wide? 

Also, does someone have 4-8 wood clamps I could use for 24-48 hours?

There's the workbench in the Danger Room and we do have some clamps (need to know how big they need to be).  Just need to move stuff around and put a note on it to keep people from messing with the project.  Also, it would be good to assemble and clamp on an non-open night -- like Saturday night so it can sit all day Sunday and Monday.
