Ubuntu Server LTS 14.04 missing on snf-image sample images

Hi,

The repository https://www.synnefo.org/docs/snf-image/latest/usage.html#sample-images is missing ubuntu server 14.04. The link https://cdn.synnefo.org/ubuntu_server-14.04-x86_64.diskdump returns an error 404 message. 

I have tested with debian jessie base system and ubuntu 16.04 server, and they build successfully.
