Building winexe on openSUSE

Hello Andrzej,

I'm contacting you to let you know that I've succeeded in creating
openSUSE rpm packages for the development version of winexe
(winexe-waf). If you care to add a build dependencies list in the
documentation like you do for Debian and Fedora, our spec file can be
found here:

Keep up the good work. WinEXE is a great piece of software.
