Following to the KT session for the bi-weekly status report in the Synergite portal, please find the key points below:

       Website: https://www.synergite.net/

1. Log in using the email id  you provided to Synergy Technologies.
2. Reset your password if logging in for the first time. Once you login it will take you to the dashboard directly.
3. Navigate to the Time Management section and click on Status Report to submit your bi-weekly report.
4. Ensure that timesheets are submitted for every bi weekly like 14-day period.

•      March 1st, 2025 – March 14th, 2025
•      March 15th, 2025 – March 31st, 2025
•      April 1st, 2025 – April 14th, 2025,......

I am pleased to inform you that our developers have successfully built an in-house tool, "Synergite," designed to streamline and enhance our processes.

One of the key features of Synergite is the "Status Report" functionality, which allows you to upload your Bi-weekly Status Reports with ease, significantly reducing manual effort.

 

We will be conducting a Knowledge Transfer (KT) session for Synergite, where we will guide you through the steps to upload your reports.

Bhagya Sree will be sending out a Google Meet invite for the session, which is scheduled for Friday, March 7th, 2025.

Please make sure to attend.

 

Bi-Weekly Status Report Period:

 

The Bi-weekly periods will follow the schedule below:

March 1st, 2025 – March 14th, 2025

March 15th, 2025 – March 31st, 2025

April 1st, 2025 – April 14th, 2025, and so on.

Kindly note, you will need to upload your reports based on these periods moving forward (1st of every month to 14th of the same month and then 15th to last day of the month and so on).
