Please note that your shift timing is 6:30 PM IST. The portal allows clocking in for the current day starting one hour before your shift. Therefore, you should now be able to clock in up to one hour before your shift without any issues.

Hi Ravi, Thanks for your reply.

My shift timing is 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM and until yesterday I was able to check-in after 1:30PM. You can refer to all my previous logs. But today I am unable to do so.
