Hey =)

Noticed that the port project is still active.

I am a complete noob, so forgive me if this is a subject that has been dealt with, can't be dealt with, or me just being stupid.

I have got the port installed via the installer from the Port website and used the original CD to do so.

I haven't installed any patches, as I'm not entirely sure how that works? Do I just copy and paste files from the patch zip into the directory?

But the main question is, I can run the game in a window, no issue, but when I run it in full screen the game is in black and white, almost an inverse negative look.

Is that because I need to change the resolution of my monitor, currently running it at 1920x1080 or have I done something wrong?

Also how do I add a text ini for modding? And what would be the commands inside that ini?

Hi Gareth,

If you used the installer from the releases section, that's actually an ancient build now and doesn't support any of the above. It's our bad, we recently completely redid the installer but haven't publically published a release that uses it and includes the latest version of the port (which now has all the config files). If you know Github Actions you can download the latest automatically generated installer/port version from there, but otherwise give us a couple of days and we'll put together a proper new release that is actually up to date on the front page.

I don't know how to use Github at all, sorry! I'd like to learn, but it's all greek to me atm lol

So I'll wait for you to have time to do a proper release and use that.
