gog syndicate wars

Anyway i can use this with the gog version of the game i don't have a cd copy and they're quite expensive last i checked. I really dislike using dosbox to play games it sucks and this looks like a good alternative.

Hi Buddy,

The CD Image is included within the Install directory, Mine is "C:\Games\Syndicate Wars\SWARS". The files "game.gog" & "game.ins" are the BIN & CUE files.

What you will need to do is...

1. Rename the "game.gog" file to "Syndicate Wars.bin" & the "game.ins" file to "Syndicate Wars.cue".

2. Edit the newly renamed "Syndicate Wars.cue" with Notepad and change the top line from

          FILE "game.gog" BINARY

          to

          FILE "Syndicate Wars.bin" BINARY

3. Save and exit Notepad.

4. Burn the result to CD using your favourite Disc Burning app.
