Integration Tests as required on PR

Hi!

What if we make the integration tests job as required to merge all PR?

Right now it runs in parallel with the only required job ("syndesis",
the one on CircleCI that does a complete maven build), it takes less
than the other only required job and, most importantly, it passes!

So... any reason NOT to make it required already?
