Build error for apache-tomcat-7.0.16 unavailability and workaround

Hi guys,
I am building syncope from scratch (stable version 0.6.4) using the default procedure.
I've got an error since tomcat-7.0.16 is no longer available..

Look at this:

www.apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-7/

I upgraded tomcat references to version 7.0.23 in core and console pom.xml files and the build succeeded.

Thought this to be a know problem, we've had it several times now (every
tomcat update to be more precise), and thus didn't share it on the listing.

I've created an issue for this [1]: we recently fixed this on trunk and
we will soon do the same on branch 0_6_X (either artifacts and archetype).

As you may have already noticed, issue [1] has been fixed today; new
Syncope release (0.6.1) should hit central Maven repository in the next
hours.
As soon as this happens, you will be able to use new archetype 0.6.5:
I've also updated the getting started page on wiki [2] in order to
reflect this.
