I wish I would have read this group before I purchased SyncMyCal. I
bought it and liked it initially (briefly) until I learned that it was
deleting all my appointment notes. I attempted to reach them for
support and filed a support case, but received absolutely no
response. I followed up with another note on my support case asking
for a reply, and received nothing. Two days later I found that my
username had been deleted from their support site. I removed the
product from my system, and sent an email requesting a refund, but
once again, received nothing.
I gave them every opportunity to address my problem and to resolve
this in a positive and professional manner, but they have remained
completely silent for weeks. They have given me no other option but
to file this formal complaint on the web.
Perhaps there are SyncMyCal users that are happy with the product and
service, but I am not one of them. I would discourage anyone from
buying this product. And, I would also suggest that Google stop
marketing this product. I would not want to be associated with a
product that is faulty and a company that does not support what they
sell.
