I am beyond frustrated with a company that took my $25 and then the
product does not perform as marketed and more so, refuses to respond
to the my plea for service. The product duplicates entries and gets
bogged down in syncing contacts to the ploint it stops. After waiting
over a week I unregistered the product to keep the multiple entries
adding up. I would love to get a refund. Any suggestions?
