Upload a shared calendar (Outlook) to Gmail account ?

Hi,
I have syncmycal pro version (2.6), for outlook 2003 basic, on windows
XP SP3.
Is there a way to upload a shared calandar (calendar of my collegue)
from Outlook to gmail account ?
because syncmycal allows me selecting Outlook local calendars, not
shared one.
