From the messages here, getting support doesn't bode well. I've been using the product for a few years. For the most part ok, but just started getting the following error when it tried to sync. Thinking that it was some sort of password problem, I re-generated an application-specific password for SyncMyCal via Google, but that didn't fix the problem.
