Can you pls remind me if the ENTIRE appt was refused? If yes, can you pls provide the PDF of the original appointment Deanna?

If partial refused, can you pls give the pdf of the original appointment and specifically call out the SKUs that you need appt for?

431-680098x 8 skds was part of Appt# 561332, this is what was refused, the other part of the appt proc 431-6801567 5 skds was accepted.I will send you the DR again where it shows refused and it looks like they are saying it was a different Appt #
