This looks very interesting. I would like to see though what they mean by simulating a whole organism. Namely, how detailed is their model and what type of simulation. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the full article it seems.

I 've had difficulties getting the paper  too and now I'm about to get on a plane. But some else emailed me and mentioned that they used some kind of object orientated approach. I don't think they are the fist to build a whole organism model, though they may be the first to train the model (what ever kind of model it is) with real data.
