This was love from the first moment. I am terribly picky about face masks, especially cleaning masks, they often dry my skin so that I rather feel the skin is stiff after. 1) Masks. I've been interested of the ideas of masks in the game, like a simple full cover face mask for those who like to stay hidden about their identity while doing the streamer job or the camgirl/boy job. (Of course with eye holes so our characters can see-)

Thank you! Masks are an interesting idea. When it comes to streamer anonymity my ideas have been more along the lines of the vtuber thing (and the risk of it failing or something) but yeah, I don't think masks are unheard of with the camgirl/boy thing. I'll think about it! I'll need masks anyway whenever I add seasonal events (for halloween).
I played your game and I really liked it. The game definitely have a potential. I have a few questions.
1. When attending art classes such as photography and drawing, photography and artistic skills dont rise . Its kinda strange. It would be nice if classes (all classes, not just photography and drawing) developed skills.
2. Are you planning to add the possibility of group sex? Three/ four participants?
3. Is it possible to fight back and add more aggressive reactions to unpleasant events ? For example, slap/punch groper's face.
4. Unfriendly interactions. When rivals do their obnoxious stuff I want their BLOOD pay them back in kind, instead of just putting up with it.
5. In the quest with milkshakes, where do you need to report the "secret ingredient"? I couldnt find it, loaded game save back to choosing option and took money. Is it was end of quest?
1. You're right! I have an idea to redo homework at some point to tasks that actually use the relevant skills, or as you say, just have those skills boosted as you attend class. This might end up in the 0.4 update, which requires tweaked school mechanics anyway since it'll involve professor interactions.
3. and 4. You're not the only one asking for this sort of thing! It'll take some writing but yes, I think it would be a good idea to go back and add new reactions to some events for more dominant/defiant characters, or even let PCs initiate some bullying now and then.
5. At that point reporting them is just a threat, though the Helleborine boys won't like it. If you take that option, there is a followup event the next time you attend the party... but with either choice, that's about as far as it goes for now.
It's pretty bare bones and repetitive in terms of content, but since it's still pretty early in development that's understandable. My only suggestion is to maybe have separate customisation for gender and sex? It's plenty great as is--I haven't found a lot of games whose customisation wrt that doesn't stop and end at cis man and woman--but it'd be nice to be able to mix and match bits regardless of pronouns.
Thank you! Yes... it doesn't help that in terms of overall layout neither DoL nor this game stray far from the Twine-SugarCube default, but certainly it was also a huge influence! DoL is a great game, I love the minute-by-minute life simulation aspect of it. I'm trying to go for more of an emphasis on a population and school simulation and just, you know, a different vibe.
The game is basically in early access mode at the moment with a lot more planned, which I work on every day. I'm currently deep into the next major content update which will add sports and interactions with professors.
Another thing: is something like school clubs a possibility in the future? I didn't notice anything that specifically mentions that, but it seems like it would fall under the secondary skill implementation development.
Yes very likely. I always intended the Friday afternoon space to be for sports and activities... and, well, in the first implementation it's turning out to be just sports (football, cheerleading, swimming, and esports), but it's the sort of thing I can expand on over time.

I wasn't going to watch another Sato movie but couldn't help myself. And what a dark movie this was. Used by everyone for their own personal gains, Sano plays the boy, forced to move in with his sister and brother in law who sexually tortures him and pushes him to the brink. The detective, going through some loss of his own, starts having feelings for the boy in an attempt to be his savoir. Really bleak all around. I'm a sucker for bleak and this one definitely did not disappoint. Haunting score and unhappy.
Now I'll give myself a break from Sato.
As Sat's first queer pinku, Temptation of the Mask is interesting. But it's definitely one of his weaker efforts. Though it features some good performances and excellent moments (the Russian roulette framing device is terrifying and well executed), it seems unsure of itself, especially as it starts to wrap things up. It gets vicious, with guns being used as dildos and masked figures flinging candle wax about, but it never travels to the darker, uncomfortable netherworld that Sat's most unsettling (and generally best) works do. It seems as if Sat is a little nervous in this genre, dipping his toes in and testing the water. Fascinating, but this is one to save for once you've exhausted his filmography.
Femboy representation. Hisayasu Satō transforms the top/bottom power dynamics from porn in ways a gay director might never. This has the energy of reading a hurt/comfort Harry/Voldemort or Snape fanfic. Yes, it's ART.
There's something really profound in seeing a straight director make this. Satō is an auteur. By ignoring the HIV/AIDS crisis of this time period (which dominated queer cinema and can also date it), there's something timeless about the pain on display. The alienation of modern life has only continued. An American gay male would have made the detective and arsonist look similar: both blandly masculine. The arsonist is Yaoi warped.
Exists in the strange place between desire and horror. Most of the sex acts we see here are extremely arousing, focussing on parts of gay desire we do not often see on screen (licking bulges, kinky underwear, BDSM play) but the rape angle is incredibly distressing. Everyone uses this boy for sexual gratification and Sato ensures that we are also on that list. Hot but also not.
