The repo is now powertools instead of PowerTools when enabling it with yum. There was a bug so the developers may set it back to what it was before which is why both are listed. The repo file still has the same name.

Detects the execution of the tool PowerTool which has the ability to kill a process, delete its process file, unload drivers, and delete the driver files. This rule is adapted from _creation/proc_creation_win_hktl_powertool.yml

all hand powertools no matter how much they are are all worth much less after a year, and in every day use you would expect two to 3 years ideally out of them. Most of the tools i buy come with a 2 or 3 year warranty these days.

I have same problem... one error I am seeing is I get that it cannot access the configuration file - that it is in use by another process.. specifically System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager.dll in the AspNetZeroRadTool folder

My team is getting the same issue, we were able to genertate entities till recently but since we upgraded to powertools to latest, unable to do so, we use .net core 3.1 framework, the above steps did not work.
