Hello Everyone,
I am Anurag Bhat, a third-year computer science student at IIT Jodhpur. I am quite familiar with SymPy and have been contributing to it for more than a year, here is a link to my work. Since members of the community would be knowing that I had submitted a proposal for this project last year too which was well received by maintainers along with positive reviews from their side. But due to lack of interested mentors it eventually did not make it.

I have had conversations with Akshansh (GSoC'21) and Naman (GSOC'20) who contributed to this project earlier. They feel that my proposal is good enough to make it but they have other priorities this summer and won't be able to mentor. So, I am writing this mail in regarding that. I would like to know if any particular members of this community would be interested in mentoring this project.

I hope this instance is genuine and myself feeling odd investing time and effort into something that does not have any potential mentors is justified. If I get clarity through this email, I will direct my interests towards other projects and surely attempt to submit a proposal in them.

Thanks and Regards,
Anurag Bhat

Dear Aaron and Jason,
I would like to know your thoughts/views on it. If there are any potential mentors, I would gladly discuss my ideas with them and entertain any useful suggestions/feedback.

Thanks and Regards,
Anurag Bhat.

Hello SymPy Community,
Here goes the proposal for the community to view. I have not updated it since last year.

P.S. - I would humbly request other interested candidates to not directly copy or take up ideas from it since Google Summer of Code admins do consider plagiarism very seriously in the rules.

Thanks and Regards,
Anurag Bhat.
