[GSoC 2012] Step-By-Step Expression Manipulation

Hi Everyone,
I am a first year Bachelor Student in Computer Sciences, in Brussels. I start using and learning Python since the beginning of this academic year, and
I have done lot's of projects with the cursus, the bigger of them is a program whose goals is to provide user a Gui application with wich he can draw mathematical
functions with some argument and parameters allowing him to scale the drawing, to offset it. One of the features this program give is the calculation, in a raphic way,
of the integral of the functions drawed by the user.With this I learned how to use Tkinter and PyQt for example. I find SymPy very interesting and useful, and, moreover
his capacity of expansion, I mean by that, there is still so much to do, very attractive, and one of the expansion can be the Step-By-Step Expression Manipulation because
knowing the answer of a problem is cool and is often the goal of the use of a program or a module such as these but sometimes it's reallly helpful to see how we find the answer.

At which state of developpement is this project, if in developpement it is?
