[GSOC 2026]: Interest in working towards enhancement of solve function in SymPy

Hello everyone,

I'm Divyansh Balooni, first year B. Tech student in Computer Science and Engineering, at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) Delhi.

I'm interested in taking up a project towards enhancement of solve(or solveset) function in SymPy. I've decent Python and mathematical skills, with excellent logic building ability, but I'm new to SymPy, and actively exploring the SymPy repository on GitHub, understanding issues and providing fixes.

Although I will come up with a detailed project proposal in the coming days, in the meantime, I would appreciate it if any project mentor/contributor could provide their valuable guidance, regarding a specific bug/enhancement, towards which, I shall work upon.
