I was thinking of extending sympy library to machine learning and deep learning field. I request the mentors to kindly reply if this idea is acceptable or not so that I can start building my proposal accordingly.

Machine learning is out of scope for SymPy. There are other libraries
in the Python ecosystem that already do this quite well, like
scikit-learn, pytorch, and tensorflow.
