Dear GSoc Mentors,
I am sending you a draft of my proposal for GSoC-2020  here. Please review it. I am even working on some issues. I am even a research student in the field of structural engineering. I have also attached my research paper which is accepted in WCEE-17 to be conducted this year in Japan. I will also add my contribution to sympy in version.

Thanking you,
Harrsha Gudupudi

Harsha,

You've got a lot of good ideas in your proposal. Here are some quick comments:

- The scope is way too large. You have too many different things. Bring the scope down to a couple of things.
- Some of the items are likely not appropriate for a symbolic library.
- I like that you have code showing sample API, but some will need some adjusting. For example, Beam() object should accept cross sectional geometry objects on initialization instead of the moment of inertia parameter. There has already been work on this.
