Hi everyone,
I'm Théo. I'm a Master Student in Mathematics at the TU Berlin in
Germany. I am interested in the project about Groebner basis
algorithms. I know Groebner basis form algebra classes I took at
university. I am proficient in python and I already worked on a
mathematical library for projective geometry called pyddg.
I already saw in a previous post that the two main interests for the
project would be to
1. implement F4, and
2. add an interface to the groebner function, so that it can take a
precomputed GB and an additional polynomial.
The second point sounds like a lower hanging fruit, it could maybe done
quickly at the start of the project if it is worth it. So the main
project would be at least to implement F4. Do I understand it right ?
Best,
Théo Tyburn
