What's the best way to edit the sympy documentation? Fork the sympy_doc
repository and then do a pull request?

The edit I want to make now is very simple: in the physics/fields
gradient documentation, I want to change "To compute the divergence of a
vector field..." to "To compute the divergence of a scalar field..."

Just click "edit" in the sympy/docs folder (not the sympy_doc repo) on the correct rst file. Some of the docs may be loaded from py files docstrings in the various modules, you may need to look there. All of the docs are in the main sympy repo.
