Possible addition to logic functionality

I have made some changes in the Logic folder of our sympy local repository. I have attached the changed files(boolalg.py and __init__.py file of logic subpackage) with the mail. I would appreciate it if I coulded be guided through any changes that are necessary. I have attempted to create a 'CustomFunction' class in boolalg.py in logic folder. Its classmethod SOPform gives a logic function in SOP form given its truthtable. I am sorry if my doubts and queries are too trivial , beacuse this is the first time I am attempting to do so.

Hi Sachin,

Thanks for the contribution. I think that having the truth table
routines in sympy would be useful.
Can you please submit this as a github pull request?
