Hello all,

My name is Ashwin Ramgopal. I am a sophomore at PSG CT perusing an MSc in Theoretical Computer Science. I am a beginner to open source contribution, but I have been studying your codebase for some time and I am confident that I can start contributing soon.

level of familiarity with python:  Intermediate  (4 years)

mathematical education level: Graduate level

particular expertise: Structural Graph Theory (Mathematics in general)

particular algorithmic interests: Graph Algorithms, Randomized Algorithms and Computational Geometry

level of familiarity with symbolic math systems: Engineering level

your familiarity with SymPy: Rudimentary

I stay in Coimbatore and I'm eagerly looking forward to contributing to this organization

Hello everyone,

I am Shreyash Mutyalwar, a second year undergrad at COEP(College Of Engineering, Pune). Currently pursuing a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering.

familiarity with python: intermediate

mathematical education level: Engineering level( univariate and multivariate calculus, linear algebra, discrete mathematics) + abstract algebra(groups, rings and fields) + Probability theory

particular expertise: algebra, cryptography, real/complex analysis, Signal processing

particular algorithmic interests: mathematical algorithms, symmetric key cryptography, MAC's and hashing algorithms

level of familiarity with symbolic math systems: Engineering level

your familiarity with SymPy: basic

I am really excited to participate in GSoC 2021. I would really love to contribute and expand the current crypto library which has got surprisingly less attention.

I wish to implement basic block ciphers (like DES, AES etc.), Stream ciphers, hashing algorithms, some cryptanalysis tools(like frequency analysis, index of coincidence),  work on elliptic curve cryptography.

Thank you,
Shreyash
