Regarding new contribution and installation

Hi there,

I wanted to ask that I am a windows user and wants to contribute to Sympy. 

Do I need to make any OS changes like windows to linux or I can continue with windows?

You don't need to change your operating system to contribute to Sympy. Here are the contribution guidelines: [here](https://docs.sympy.org/dev/contributing/introduction-to-contributing.html.) To install, clone the repo and install the requirements.txt file.
