Get information about a project in idea list.

hello everyone , i want to get some information regarding a project .I was going through the idea list and get interested in a project > "Official llm tool agent for sympy" and want to contribute in it .I want to ask that is there any past implementation of this project .If not ,i want to know whether it would be reasonable to pitch this  project that would
complete the interaction of interfaces through funtion calling, provide a structure interface that allow llms to discover and execute sympy funtions based on natural language requests and create a machine readable description of sympy's public interface.
