Hello Sympy Community and mentors

I’m Prajwal Pathade, a 2nd-year CSE student at IIT Jodhpur. I’ve been contributing to SymPy over the past few months.

Some of the contributions of mine are as follows :

PR #28750 (Issue #28723) :Optimized _inv_LU by removing a redundant _verify_invertible determinant check
PR #28739 (Issue #24726): Added regression tests for sin_zeros intersections in the sets module

i am sharing my GSoC proposal for a 175 hour project on matrices decomposition.

Since the deadline is tonight, I’ve already submitted the proposal on the GSoC dashboard to make sure I don’t miss it. That said, I still wanted to share it here in case anyone has a few minutes to take a look.

Here’s the proposal:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1E79cOYxLJPKmFtRewrhDqxRuhElIrW8NtchPk8TXx_A/edit?usp=sharing

I know this is quite close to the deadline, but I would really appreciate any quick feedback. If there are important changes needed, I can still update my submission before the deadline, and I’m also happy to refine the scope later based on mentor suggestions.

Best regards,

Prajwal Pathade
