Interested in contributing to the project

Hello everyone! My name is Stefania and I'm a student, I was hoping I could contribute to SymPy as I find the project really interesting. I am comfortable with Python and I have worked with this language at the past, but I'm new to the OSS contributions. I am looking for a beginner friendly issue, where I could still make a meaningful contribution, so I would really appreciate any suggestions. Also I would like to find out more about how I can be assigned to an issue. Thank you!
