With reference to Incorrrect Indefinite Integral issue#12050

Hey all, With reference to the issue #12050, the sign of 'a' is not defined, or as suggested sympy fails when the sign of 'a' is indeterminate.
This should not be the case. So kindly guide/suggest me on where is the folder/file related to this issue, if it is to be editted/resolved.!

The algorithm for this integral is in sympy/integrals/rationaltools.py.
