sympy 0.6.3.beta1 released

Hi,

I just released the 0.6.3.beta1. This is a beta release for testing
only. Please test it, there were quite a lot of changes since the last
release, so I want to make sure all is ok.

One mistake I just noticed is that bin/test is missing in the tarball.
So just copy it from our git version. The Vinzent found this problem:

and there are probably more. Let's get it fixed and tomorrow I'll
release beta2 if necessary.

and I'll release beta2. Vinzent --- any progress on #1204? I don't
know how to reproduce it, I tried all kinds of combinations.
