The beam submodule in the physics module should be developed more for the solving of Influence Line Diagrams and system of trusses. So Aaron and Oscar kindly guide me as it is an idea for GSOC as well

I haven't personally used or contributed to the beam module so I can't
really advise. I expect Aaron would say the same.

Personally I'm only really interested in projects that improve the
core parts of sympy.

The Beam3D class still needs a lot of improvement. The current functions of shear force, Bending moment, etc do not provide correct results everytime. You can start from there.
The truss class can also be developed that solves reactions in a loaded truss. There's a discussion regarding this here
You can also suggest some of your ideas as well.
