Hello everyone!

I've been working on drafting a proposal these days and here is what I've made: (proposal link). I chose to go for Extending Special Matrices in the Matrix Expressions Module (Idea Prompt: Linear Algebra [Add more special matrices to the matrix expressions module, and migrate some special matrices from the quantum physics module]). 

This is a 175 hr, medium sized project involving prerequite knowledge of  understanding of SymPy’s MatrixExpr class hierarchy and linear algebra properties (Hermitian, unitary, etc.) and involves Python 3.9+, Git, pytest software/tools.

I've been particularly interested in matrices module and this idea caught my attention, thus I decided to contribute something significant towards it. My contributions yet are in prs #29436(test_eigen_vects updated) and #29490(prevent subs from modifying quantity abbrev).

I'll be thankful to each and everyone who reviews my proposal and provides their feedback, which will be very helpful and meaningful.
