project proposal review request. Zippel's algorithm

Hello dear Sympy community, 

I started working on my project proposal, and I'm still deciding wether I want to make it a 350 or 175 hour long project, but in any case the implementation of Zippel's algorithm for polynomial gcd will be part of it, and I already treated that in my draft proposal, so I would appreciate a lot any reviews on my draft, to be able to modify it before definitively submitting it.
