generate sphinx docs on a single file

OK, I installed Sphinx...can anyone help get me started with the command to compile the docs on a singe file?

I didn't know of any command to compile the docs to a single file,
other than the pdf output (see issue 2952). The command to compile
to html is just "cd doc; make html".

I don't have a make command in MINGWIN32:
chriss@CHRIS-LT ~/sympy/doc (sortkey)
$ make html
sh.exe": make: command not found

Oh, well you need to install make. Or you can read the Makefile and
figure out what commands need to be run for make html.

I'm now running ubuntu and did:

downloaded sphinx.egg
> sudo apt-get install python-setuptools
> sudo easy_install sphinx.egg
> cd to docs
> make html
