http://groups.google.com/group/sympy-issues hasn't been updated for
several days. Is there any other way to watch all the issue changes?

I noticed this too. I don't know how it works (I am sure Ondrej set it up somehow), but in the meanwhile, there seems to be an RSS feed you can follow.

You can also follow it here:

http://code.google.com/p/sympy/updates/list

as to sympy-issues, google changed the way they are sent, so I had to
allow a new user in the sympy-issues list, which I just did. Let's see
if they'll start going through now.

I just updated an issue and got an email from sy...@googlecode.com about it, so it seems to be working again.
