Hi.

We are almost ready to start a release cycle. I could use some help
with the release notes. Can anyone who's contributed a significant
change update https://github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/Release-Notes-for-0.7.2?
The key things are new features, api changes, backwards compatibility
breaks, and anything else that you feel is major enough. Don't worry
about minor bug fixes. Those can be found in the git log.

It's easiest if the person who made the changes writes the part of the
release notes. Also, if someone could go through the whole git log and
make sure that we don't miss any major changes, that would be great
too. If you find something in the log that you are not sure about, or
don't know enough to really document, just add a TODO item for it in
the release notes.

Don't worry about the authors part at the bottom. I'll update that
when I pull the actual release.

Thanks for this!

Will you have time to do the release? That'd be a huge help.
I spent quite a bit of time with merging the PRs, and at the moment
I got a bit busy. We briefly got at 48 open requests, I think that's
the lowest number
in years. :) Now we are at 50.

I don't know about years (pull request #1 was opened less than two
years ago if you can believe it).

But yeah, I'll do the release. Thanks a lot for going through the
pull requests. I feel much better doing a release knowing that the
PRs have been gone through.

Hi,

I will write something about agca. This mail is mainly here to remind me
to actually do it :/.

I'll write about the group-theoretical stuff (as expected).

I can add notes for Density operator related changes.

When is this expected to be completed by?

The release notes don't need to be completed until the final release
is cut, which will be no less than a week after the first release
candidate is cut. My goal is to do that this weekend.
