Improving Polynomial GCD proposal for GSoC 2024

Hello everyone,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Abhishek Patidar, and I'm reaching out to express my interest in participating in the Improving Polynomial GCD project this upcoming summer. I had the opportunity to contribute to this project last year, and I am eager to continue building upon our progress with the guidance of my mentors.
