Since all Accepted Projected are announced , can you please provide me a feedback of what my proposal lacked for not getting selected  so  that i can improve them in forth coming years it would be a great help

I can't comment on the proposal itself, but you did not satisfy the
patch requirement

We require all applications to have at least one merged pull request
to be accepted.
