Here's how I would do it, Richard. You ask two questions:
1. Should I step down? If so, then
2. Will you offer to take an active part in running Sympaticousers.org?
I can safely say that every "yes" answer to no. 1 will be followed by
a muttered and surprised "no" to no. 2.
In other words: f*ck 'em.

You know Crowe, you finally have your opportunity to make your
discontent heard. Unless you put your money where your mouth is and place
your vote, I'm afraid you'll just have to shut the hell up from now on. And
