小川です。
毎週のA week of symfonyの翻訳用のツールを作ってみました。
# 自分のサーバー上で動いていますが。。。Symfony2なので。。。
単純にMarkdownへの変換もできますし、Web上で翻訳作業 -> markdown作成もできます。
よかったら使ってみてください。

これいいですね！
が、イマイチ使い方が分かっていないかもしれないのですが、#192 はうまく取得ができてないってことなんでしょうかね。
（#192から、本家側のフォーマットが微妙に変わった気がしますし・・・）
せっかく作って頂いたので、是非使っていきたいですねぇ。
とりあえず念のためですが、本家doc-mlにブログ記事のmarkdownをくれと言ったら送られてきたものを以下に貼って

「Development highlights」が「symfony 1 development highlights」と「Symfony2
development highlights」
に別れるようになってますね・・・・。
このあたりだけ対応すれば、#192もちゃんと取れるような気がします。

ひとまず修正しました。若干やっつけ感がありますが。。。
使い方ですが、一覧画面でTranslateリンクを押すと
翻訳が必要な箇所(要約、チェンジログなど)が
それぞれ入力フィールドになっているので翻訳し、
Create markdownボタンを押すとMarkdownに変換します。
ボタン押下後、Ajaxで下部が書き換わります。
テキストエリアはコピペ用、その下はMarkdownを
HTMLに変換したものを出力しています。
Create markdownボタンを押すとSQLiteに翻訳情報を
キャッシュするので、僕が気まぐれでキャッシュを消さない限りは
翻訳データを再度更新することもできます。
変な状態でキャッシュされていれば最下部のClear entryボタンを
押すとキャッシュを削除します。
# ソースは公開しているので好き勝手使っていただいて構いません。
# Symfony2で作っていますが、FormやDoctrineは使ってません。。。
# とはいえDICまわりなど多少は参考になるかなと思います。

小川さんのツールで翻訳したMarkdownをGitHubにコミットしました。
保存したものを表示しているときに%文字がエスケープされてしまっていました。
やはりツールがあると楽ですね。

エスケープはHTMLエンティティへのエスケープが2重にされていたのですが、
今見てみたら大丈夫でした。
ちなみに、Translation resultの下に表示部分でした。
