Ok... There are a few things going on these days.

First and most importantly Ideato.it and Francesco Fullone have
offered to sponsor the event with book, tees, and tickets to Italy PHP
day 2010.

Secondly, we have decided on a set of preliminary competition
categories and are looking for input.

Overall 3

Best User Interface - Takes into consideration usability and
appearance
Best Solo Project - Best app with one developer
Most Useful Application
Crowd Pleaser - Gets the most votes from users who aren't in the
judges panel
Most Feature Complete - Has the most complete feature set.

We am considering throwing in a Best Doctrine Driven Project. Still in
the air.

Registration will be opening up on December 1st. Registration will
close January 15th. Judging will be done the week following the
competition.
