[Templating] Order of Javascripts and Stylesheets given the inheritance chain.

Hi everybody,

I've been playing with the templating component for a while now and I
must say that it is very nice. Currently there is one problem I keep
running in to, the order of Javascripts and Stylesheets. The scripts
and stylesheets of the decorating template currently come after the
stylesheets and scripts of the template. This can cause unexpected
behavior with for example stylesheets that function as resets...

What do you guys think about this, I'm not really a fan of the system
as-is in the regular symfony either (i.e. adding position manually).
