Symfony Components can now be installed via PEAR

I'm slowly releasing the symfony components 1.0 versions. The first two
were YAML and the event dispatcher components as they are part of
symfony 1.3/1.4.

Others will follow later one.

As I release the 1.0 version, I also publish the resulting package via
the symfony PEAR channel server:

Hi Fabien,

I'm using the Depedency Injection container for a symfony plugin which
I'm about to release this weekend. Should I bundle the DI component
with the plugin or can we expect a PEAR release soon for this as well?
