ACA-15

Dear SD followers,

I just came back from the ACA-2015 in Kalamata, Greece, where I gave a
talk "SymbolicData, Computer Algebra and Web 2.0." (about 20 attendees)
and we had also a SD hands on session (4 attendees).

Moreover Albert prepared a poster for SDEval. It was the only
contribution to the poster session - nevertheless I managed to put it on
the wall.

For the moment my main focus is to strenghten the UpcomingConferences
and PastConferences parts, since it seems that we are very good in that
direction compared to the efforts of both SIGSAM and the German CA
Fachgruppe, as explained in
http://symbolicdata.org/Presentations/ACA-15.txt in more detail
(although yet sketchy).

At second I propose to concentrate efforts on a next official release
3.1 of SymbolicData as was planned for a long time.

Due to the very different update characteristics I propose to change the
overall structure of our repos and set up different repos for data and
for tools. I think this would much ease the maintenance. If you agree I
would prepare such a split and also set up two more repos - casn-data
and casn-tools for the CASN part (at the moment it is maintained at a
single non public repo).

What do you think about such a proposal?
