Deprecated Repos

Hello Ralf and Albert,

preparing my ACA talk I found the deprecated repos

https://github.com/ioah86/symbolicdata
https://github.com/hemmecke/symbolicdata

that were forked from the old main repo, that was declared deprecated
with the SD Release 3.1 (March 2016) and meanwhile removed, see
<http://wiki.symbolicdata.org/New> for details.

Would it be a good idea to remove also these repos to avoid confusion?

There are some new features that I was in the middle of working on my fork; I planned to do a great merge-work SOON to bring everything up to date.
With SOON I mean: Once my Ph.D. thesis is done.

Please use <https://github.com/symbolicdata/code> as code base. It was
aligned with

update with alberts sdeval version
c019a76a3e80172c19270a1bbba250084b1a2e64 at
https://github.com/ioah86/symbolicdata/tree/develop as of 2015-04-30

and since those times there were no more commits to
<https://github.com/ioah86/symbolicdata/tree/develop> as far as it looks
like.
