New TestSets version

Dear SD followers,

Tim Römer recompiled the old TestSets examples according to the new
syntax. I moved these data within my 'develop' branch from the Draft
directory to RDFData/TestSets.ttl, uploaded them to the SD RDF store at
http://symbolicdata.org/Data and cleaned up all stuff from the old
format. I also adjusted the web pages
http://wiki.symbolicdata.org/TestSets und
http://wiki.symbolicdata.org/TestSets.Ontology.

Ralf, can you please pull my changes to the upstream develop branch?

What is the state of affairs with SDEval? If both is ready I think it is
time to start a freeze of a new master release.
