Draft of a paper to be published in CAR 55

after the CICM-14 conference in Coimbra much work was done towards a
more mature CASN - Computer Algebra Social Network - that is in
particular described in the last sections of the attached draft paper.

Since its deadline is 2014-09-26 I ask you to comment on it within the
next week.
