Dear SD followers,

I just finished a slight restructuring of our Web representation - I
removed again the non wiki entrance page, splitted the main wiki page
into several parts and incorporated some remarks by Ralf Hemmecke on the
Quickstart page.

Simon build a first version of a view on some of the SD CASN Data on top
of angular-js, have a look at http://symbolicdata.org/info/?s=index.html.

@Simon: I moved your stuff from the swp14-sf repo to the SD/Website
repo, so please make all further changes there.

Note that we finished the paper on SD for the Oct. 2014 issue of the CA
